Release 1.3.18 Pre-6 1.21.5

Edit : Actually, I won't be porting Radium to 1.21.6, since 1.21.7 will be released soon with mainly memory leak fixes.

This Pre-release gives you a preview of what will change for 1.21.6. However, due to compatibility reasons, I released it as a Pre-release in 1.21.5 while we wait for full compatibility.

This is a pre-release, it is not recommended to install it if you want to avoid corruptions, bugs or missing features !
