Release 1.3.18 Pre-9 1.21.5

This Pre-release gives you a preview of what will change for 1.21.7. However, due to compatibility reasons, I released it as a Pre-release in 1.21.5 while we wait for full compatibility.

This is a pre-release, it is not recommended to install it if you want to avoid corruptions, bugs or missing features !
