updated all the mods to the latest version

removed:

• biome particle weather
• waygl
• here be no dragons

added:

• Ambient enviroment
• Legacy Mipmaps
• NotifyMe
• Particle Rain
• sounds be gone!

Waygl caused an issue with EMI, if you were in linux, in wayland, and using waygl, you couldn't enter EMI settings, and not only that, but if you pressed the EMI settings button again, the game crashes.

The mod biome particle weather seems to have some sort of bug, I don't remember exactly what happened but I replaced it with Particle rain, that seems to do the same.

The mod here be no dragons it's useless curently, so I removed it.
