Legacized

It's been a long time!

We took a break from development for a while. It's been too much time to remember what was all updated! However, here is the main breakdown:

• Updated a ton of mods (including "Legacy4j" and "Minimega")
• Removed the "Via" mods
• Slightly redone the Texture Packs
• Added a mod that removes the texture pack reloading screen. This has been added to be more true to LCE, but there are some small issues. We will try to keep an eye for any problems!
• and much more!

1.21.8 will eventually become a version for this modpack. We are just waiting for support on "World Host" and "Minimega". Thanks for downloading!
