KSMP is a community server pack built on a simple promise: nothing shouts "modded" at you. No quest book, no skill tree, no HUD clutter. You spawn into a world that reads as Minecraft — and then you notice the villagers are trading in coins, the notice board outside the village is posting paid bounties, and the diamond you just mined woke something up.

What's actually different

Money is real. Emeralds are just a gem now. A physical coin economy runs through villagers, bounty boards, loot and player-run shops, tuned so that every source is bounded — no infinite faucets, no dead currency.

Diamond gear is earned, not found. Mining deep diamond ore can release a Grottol; its carapace is what turns diamonds into tools and armour.

Travel is gameplay. Horses, carts, boats, sailing ships and rails all matter, because waystones are rare and expensive, elytra have been reined in, and powered flight is gated behind conquering the Aether. Getting somewhere is part of the game, not a loading screen.

Four dimensions worth the trip. An expanded Aether with villages and ruins, the Undergarden, the Otherside — and an End rebuilt from the ground up into a genuine endgame frontier.

Room for every kind of evening

Dig with real rock strata and prospecting, fish, excavate fossils for your museum, play instruments together, photograph the server's history — or hunt bosses that scale with how many friends show up.
