Reverted terrain gen mod change. Readded ChiselReborn alongside Rechiseled
Removed MusicNotifications as it had incompatible keybinds, alongside being incompatible with servers.
Removed LuckPerms as it was crashing servers, and the only point of the mod was to use on servers..
