Ideal Vanilla v1.3.0 - 1.21.8 BETA 2

This release removes "Wayfix" by default as it caused issues with booting the game on non-wayland based Operating Systems.

A few extra enhancement mods/updates to mods that existed within prior versions have been included making this release for 1.21.8 closer to a stable 1.21.8 version.

The download for BETA 1 has been taken down due to the issues caused by including the "Wayfix" mod so below will be the changelogs made with BETA 1

Ideal Vanilla v1.3.0 - 1.21.8 BETA 1

Modpack Changes.

While this release is mainly to port the modpack as much as I can to 1.21.8 alongside integrating a few mods to make jungle leaves drop rate consistent with other leaves, enhance support for Wayland users and many small tweaks/fixes to the vanilla game without changing behaviours of Vanilla or prior versions of Ideal Vanilla.

Version Formatting Changes

With this release I have decided to declare this update as v1.3.0 and the first beta for 1.21.8

Prior to this as with 1.21.5 I declared v1.2.0 as the BETA release for 1.21.8; this approach is going to allow me to also develop v1.3.0 for 1.21.5 alongside 1.21.8 in the coming future.

v1.3.0 Development

Ideal Vanilla v1.3.0 started on Minecraft 1.21.5 and included major enhancements such as the addition of the "Carry On" mod to allow you to move tile entities around freely but with extra capabilities of picking up mobs being disabled by default within this modpack providing a vanilla friendly means to moving chests and other blocks alike without breaking them.

Many v1.3.0 config changes for existing mods from 1.21.5 have come to this release alongside pre-installed resource packs that you can enable for an enhanced experience!

Notice:

Mods that are disabled by default are intended to be used, just these mods can't be used on 1.21.8 as of the time of this release hence why this release of Ideal Vanilla is a "BETA" for Minecraft 1.21.8 and when the given disabled mods recieve 1.21.8 ports feel free to use them instead in the meantime until Ideal Vanilla has another release for 1.21.8
