Rebalanced TFTH to allow for early game progression without completely overwhelming the world. Previous versions would evolve too quickly and spawn high-level monsters very early on, creating a mad rush to collect armor and weapons sufficient to destroy it before it could completely envelope the world.
The rebalance involves giving a significant reduction in spread of the flesh monsters, as well as nerfing overall damage of enemies. This should allow for players to easily clear the first incubator if they are quick, and in scenarios where the first incubator is allowed to evolve, hopefully prevent it from being too overbearing beyond the first hour of play.
