Bug fixes

1. Ancient debris appears 3 times more often, but at the same time, crafting a netherite ingot has become more difficult.
2. Most structures no longer generate at spawn.
3. Infernal pumpkin generates in every overworld biome.
4. Shield durability has been reduced.
