Added DamageTilt and StackUp! to the modpack and added/changed a bunch of configs.
- Porkchops now have a stack limit of 1
- Optimized the Resource Pack by deleting a lot of unnecessary textures
- Disabled sword blocking
- Cleared sheep of their loot drops
