The first update for the modpack that isn't just a hotfix!

• Added the “Deselect” mod, allowing you to deselect your Hotbar to have an empty hand without messing up any hotbar slots. Defaulted to Z.
• Added the “Key Overlay” mod, displaying the keys bound to each Hotbar slot, on the Hotbar. If using default Hotbar keys, this means your number keys. Added the “Trinkets” and “Elytra Slot” mods to allow putting on an Elytra and Chestplate at the same time. Convenience!
• Updated the “Sound Physics Remastered” mod to 1.5.0.
• Added a modern port of a classic 1.12 mod, Dimensional Doors! This is to capture the nostalgic feeling of the modpack, but if you don’t wish to play with this mod, you’re free to disable/remove it.
• Added the “Hide Experimental Warnings” mod, because that warning is stupid when you’re playing a modded build anyway.
• Added the “Traveller’s Titles” mod, to show the name of a biome and dimension as you enter it. It even supports Moderner Beta’s classic biomes!
• Adjusted the EMI config to allow clicking on the Crafting and Index icons to swap to Crafting History and Lookup History, respectively.
• Adjusted a few NostalgicTweaks settings.
• • The “Disable Bed Bounce” Gameplay tweak has been disabled, re-enabling the modern behavior of beds preventing fall damage and bouncing players.
• • The “Instant Bone Meal” Gameplay tweak has been disabled, meaning most crops will require multiple bone meal to grow depending on its current state.
• • The “Instant Air Refill” Gameplay tweak has been disabled, to make swimming in deep waters slightly more punishing as in modern.
• • • These changes were made in an effort to blur the line between Alpha/Beta and Modern.
• • Fixed the “Old World Fog” and “Old Universal Fog Color” Fog Candy tweaks to actually represent Minecraft Classic while playing in the Classic Style.
• • The “Weather Type” World Candy tweak is now set to always render Rain regardless of biome in the Classic Style, since Minecraft Classic had no snow.
• • The “Prevent Weather Influence” World Candy tweak is now enabled in the Classic Style, to mimic how rain functioned in Minecraft Classic.
• • • These changes were made in an effort to give the Classic Style more resemblance to Minecraft Classic.
• • The “Old Game Loading Overlay” Interface Candy screen has been adjusted to display the correct Beta loading screen while playing the Beta Style.
• • In the Modern Style, the player’s Saturation is now visible in the inventory screen if Hunger is enabled, same as the other Styles.
• • The Version Text in the top-left corner of the in-game UI, the title screen, and the overall Window text, now only display the version of Genesis being played, not the version of Minecraft, as this info is largely irrelevant to the modpack.

Known Issues

• Some sounds that should be playing far away from the player are instead playing as though they’re right next to the player (such as mob sounds like a cow mooing). This is a problem with the latest release of Sound Physics Remastered, and should be fixed with their next patch.
