GalliCraft Server Modpack

When last trying to update, a lot of new conflicts and issues arose. After a lot of binary checking and working through issues, here is a new release. There is some known issues we're still working out but it is at least back to a playable state that can be released til we have some time to figure out and trouble shoot the minor bugs we're experiencing.
