Overview / Highlights: [FV 4.4]

In this version, I'm continuing to refine the modpack and perfecting it though this is a bit of a major update. theres some pretty big changes like the nether generation and the overworld generation so this gonna affect existing worlds, see the full changelog below.

• Trek - an alternative for "when dungeons arise" although most structures are normal sized
• Fancy Toasts - Lightweight fancy toasts when getting an advancment
• ScalableLux light block optimizations

• hearths → Incendium - Huge Terrains and double the height

• tectonic - lot of stress on the cpu when generating chunks
• BB x tectonic compat
• oracle index - no longer needed as a dependency
