-Added back Mo' Creatures: Nostaliga Edition

-Added custom mod: biome tags, to fix Mo' Creature spawns (original reason for removal) -- and it took me like three days of tweaking to get the spawns to work in configuration ;-;

-Removed redundant files

-Updated a handful of mods
