Updated all mods except tectonic to ensure no bugged terrain

Added a few QOL mods.

Added a few jei addons such as jer

Removed distant horizons as while it looks good on a mid-high end pc, on a lower end pc (which is what this modpack is designed with in mind) it becomes borderline impossible to play.

Removed c2me because it was causing to many issues (which is to be expected due to it only being in alpha). May add it in the future if it becomes more stable.
