Updated all mods and resource packs to 1.21.8

WARNING: Read before updating! Do not update to this version if you have used previous versions that included Fast Item Frames and are not willing to lose your item frames. The aforementioned mod permanently replaces item frames with custom blocks and cannot undone (My fault, I should have read better). If you're OK with losing your item frames, then go ahead and update. If you don't want to lose your frames, then you can either update and then manually install Fast Item Frames or remove all your item frames from your world first, then update and put them all back. Sorry about this :(

• Async (Can cause issues when installed on clients)
• Better Ping Display (Not updated to 1.21.8)
• Clear Water (Not updated to 1.21.8)
• Concurrent Chunk Management Engine (Causing an issue whereby large numbers of chunks are being loaded into memory)
• Distant Horizons (Install it yourself if you want to keep using it)
• Fast Item Frames (Breaks so many things :)
• Lootr (Issue with chests not appearing on servers)
• Polytone (Not updated to 1.21.8)
• Very Many Players (Just not needed)

• Noisum (Config override for 1.21.8)
• Armored Elytra (Beta build for 1.21.8)
• ModernFix (Beta build for 1.21.8)

Added:

• Voxy (Replacement for Distant Horizons - disable it if you want to use DH instead)
• Show Me Your Skin (Finally updated!!)
