Final balancing tweaks and changes:

• All iron-tier gear and below has an enchant limit of 3.
• All diamond-tier gear and equivalent has an enchant limit of 4.
• All netherite-tier gear and equivalent has an enchant limit of 5.
• All legendary gear has an enchant limit of 6.
• Any gear with power level from the dungeon difficulty mod has +1 enchant limit (to a max limit of 7 with legendary gear)
• Tweaked progression with Tiered mod, now can put Rare Tier onto an item for 1 warden upgrade template and 1 reinforced echo shard, and then just costs reinforced echo shards to upgrade to a rare item to epic and legendary.
