Villagers trade anything — new required mod: Trade Everything
Every villager now has a Trade Anything slot at the top of its trade list. Put any item in and the villager exchanges it for goods it buys, priced by real material worth — crafting and smithing recipes, durability, and enchantments all count. Valuable items pay out emeralds or emerald blocks, and emerald blocks break into emeralds automatically when you buy things, with change returned. Powered by a new companion mod, Trade Everything, bundled inside Dungeon Train.
- Sell junk or treasure to any villager — prices follow material value (16 common items ≈ 1 emerald)
- Enchantments and durability change what your gear is worth
- Emerald blocks work as big currency: broken only when needed, change given in emeralds
- Fully configurable in config/tradeeverything.json
Villager trades scale with the train — beyond Master
Train villagers now key entirely off their own carriage: deeper carriages host higher-level traders (Novice near spawn, Master from ~carriage 520), and from carriage 30 the gear they sell keeps growing past vanilla — better enchants every ~100 carriages, stats slightly ahead of the local difficulty, and prices that scale with the enchants (big-ticket items charge emerald blocks). Villagers also buy their own stock back at 10% under their sell price. NOTE: the exchange rates and scaling curves are first-pass and still under balancing review — expect tuning in upcoming releases, and please report trades that feel off.
- Deeper carriages = better traders: levels, enchants, stats and prices all follow the carriage
- Enchants keep improving past vanilla Master (every ~100 carriages from carriage 30)
- Sell items back to their seller at a 10% margin
- Balancing is under active review — feedback welcome

Fixed multi-second freezes caused by dropped items near the train
Items and mobs colliding with parts of the train whose terrain hadn't generated yet could lock the whole game up for many seconds (frozen trading, unresponsive menus, hanging quit). Collision checks no longer force that terrain to generate on the spot.
- No more total freezes when items pile up on or fall off a moving train
- Rare cosmetic side effect: an item dropped onto a not-yet-generated part of the train may fall through instead of landing

New advancement: Cover me in ...leather?
Wear a full set of leather armor whose rolled stats beat a full vanilla diamond set. Deep-train leather can out-roll diamond — this challenge advancement rewards finding out.
- New challenge advancement in the Dungeon Train tab, under Dungeon Train Explorer
- Earnable once loot rolls scale up — realistically around the first Nether band

Changed Adventure Item Stats settings now switch the world to Free Play
Dungeon Train's balance is tuned against Adventure Item Stats' standard settings. If those settings have been changed, the world now runs in Free Play for the session — advancements and stats don't count toward your profile while the change is in place, and everything returns to normal once the standard settings are back. On joining you're told exactly which settings differ, and one click on the chat notice restores the defaults for you, backing up your old settings file first.
- Worlds with modified Adventure Item Stats settings run in Free Play (session-only — restoring the settings restores normal play)
- The join notice lists exactly which settings were changed
- One-click /fixaisconfig restores the standard settings, backing up your old file first

Support-funnel usage telemetry + Finances dashboard
The title screen's Support the Mod, Discord and Patreon buttons — and every link on the Support page — now report anonymous usage counts (clicks, whether the external link was actually opened, and time spent on the page) when network features are consented to. Nothing new is shown in game; the data feeds a new Revenue section on the dt-data explorer's Finances page.
- Consent-gated: no network consent, no telemetry
- Tracks clicks, confirm-screen follow-through and time on the Support page
- Data explorer Costs page relabelled Finances with a Revenue funnel
