Server crash fix

• Removed ServuxForged from the pack after the dedicated server crashed during bootstrap with a servux$fixAllayGathering4 mixin injection failure.
• Keeps the 1.2.0 Create/storage/backpacks/Waystones/server-performance update set.
• Keeps the curated optional client performance, QoL, shader, and resource-pack extras.
• Keeps the clean server-list entry for minecraft.cutthroat.systems.

After publishing this version, restart the itzg container with TYPE=MODRINTH and no pinned NEOFORGE_VERSION. If MODRINTH_FORCE_SYNCHRONIZE=TRUE is still set from troubleshooting, it can stay for this restart and be removed after the server boots successfully.
