new islands can now be placed 15x15x15 instead of 16x12x16 blocks away from each other (what a HUGE difference...)
you can now place an island even if there are waterfalls (only falling water blocks) within the 15 block range
renamed translation paths "functions.create_sky.register_player.spawn_message" and "functions.create_sky.cannot_place_island" to "functions.create_bamboo_island.spawn_message" and "functions.create_bamboo_island.cannot_place_island"
