Remove Roofs and Bridges! Create: Bamboo Island 1.2.3

This time I have thrown a lot of mods out of the pack because they are either not really necessary or, like Macaw's Roofs, take up 7 EMI Pages! and are still not complete with the Create Blocks (Limestone, Asurine, Scoria, ...).
So make sure that you remove all bridges and roofs (so that it doesn't rain in ;-)).
- updated mods
- changed world spawn point to 0 0 0
- removed Macaw's Roofs
- removed Macaw's Bridges
- removed Effective
- removed Leave My Bars Alone
- removed Cloth Config API and Forge Config API Port as they are somehow not needed (maybe embedded in some of the mods)
- replaced "Rainy Days" advancement with "A New Aggregat"
- changed icon of the slicer advancement
