• Added a patched build of Ore Veins 1.3.1 for Minecraft 1.21.11.

Balance

• Replaced standard Overworld generation for coal, iron, copper, gold, redstone, lapis, diamond and zinc with a custom two-layer distribution system.
• Added small universal ore pockets across all biomes to preserve basic progression in resource-poor regions.
• Added large biome-specific deposits, creating valuable mining regions intended to support exploration, colonies and future trade routes.
• Regionalized andesite, diorite, granite, calcite and Create's decorative stones.

Fixes

• Disabled Ore Veins' broken client mixin registration, preventing the startup crash present in its official 1.21.11 build.
• Increased the ore statistic report interval from 1 to 10 seconds to reduce unnecessary disk writes during testing.
