Cobblemon Megadex Modpack

[DUE TO VERSION NUMBER CHANGES, THIS VERSION IS NUMBERED 1.3.0 INSTEAD OF 2.0.0]

• Modpack is running on a newer version of Fabric Launcher and Fabric API
• Updated Cobblemon to version 1.7.3
• Added the Pet A Poke, ToolTipFix, AppleSkin, Cherished Worlds and CutThrough mods (and their dependencies)
• Updated other mods (Legendary Monuments, Mega Showdown, Navas' ZA Megas and misc mods)
• Removed the Cobblemon Journey Mounts and Easy Item List mods
• Removed unneeded dependencies for mods that got updated
• Mobs can't spawn with backpacks anymore
• Updated the AllTheMonsXMegaShowdown datapack
• Added tweaked versions of the Cobblemon Interface, Cobblemon Interface Modded and Cobblemon Accessories resource packs
• Added the Fully Hisuian Starters resource pack
• Added a custom panorama for the modpack
• Updated the E19 Cobblemon Minimap Icon resource pack
