Config Changes:

• Xaero's Minimap and Xaero's World Map config changes. Updated to how they currently handle configs inside the xaero folder. Added the exclusions and default settings. Added the hud config as well.
• Cobblemon Quick Battle updated to the newest config version and applied our same changes.
• Cobblemon Battle Extras updated to the newest config version and applied our same changes. Warning: despite changing the position of the battle log it does not seem to save in new instances.
