Voxy removed until it is compatible again.

Changes:

• Updated to Minecraft 26.2.
• Updated a number of mods.
• Removed ImmersiveThunder, WTHIT, ParticleRain, Cull Leaves, Voxy and Voxy Worldgen until they are compatible with newest Minecraft, Fabric and Sodium versions.
• (Re)Added Bobby (temporarily until Voxy is back), Debugify and Cubes Without Borders.
• Added the Spring Shaders.

Known issues:

• Rendering issues with clouds from certain shaders and block edges on Nvidia cards when Anisotropic Filtering is enabled in the Nvidia driver.
