Bubble Cobble Redux

Added the following projects:

• Am I Up To Date?

With this one, a button will appear on the title screen notifying when you're playing on an out-of-date version of the modpack.

Assuming I don't screw up because it's a bit of a manual process.

Clicking on the button will bring you to the changelog. You'll still have to update manually from your launcher. It's not always required to update the modpack, but it's nice to know when, say, you can't join a server anymore!

• Courtesy of Candle:

  • Lower the Pokemon breeding time from 8-13 to 5-10 minutes
  • Double the chance to get a shiny Pokemon when hatching eggs
    • In practice, this means that the chance to obtain a shiny is now the same as the original Pokémon games, that is, 1/4096
    • Remember, through the Masuda method (if you know you know), the odds skyrocket to 1/512!
  • Changed the cursor for a charted map again

• Add search alias for Mailbox- err, Postboxes
