Bubble Cobble Redux

Added the following projects:

• Backported Spears
• Cobblemon Raid Dens Addon - Raid Den Designs

Some projects were updated to their latest version. In summary, what this entails for us is:

• Awe-inspiring, custom Raid Dens
• Loot chests have particles that were previously unimplemented by accident, I guess
• With a spear, Candle will finally know how it feels to shove it after begging for it for so long

  • Retexture the Pokemon Egg item and Girl Power icon
  • Add icon for the underutilized Begone effect
  • Fix a nasty crash when a Pokemon's status changes in Singleplayer during battles
    • (Psss. This will allow us to have custom moves/abilities in the future)
• Add a Bubble Cobble-branded Ruler item:
  • Right-click on a block to begin measuring. While measuring, the HUD will display the difference in width and height. Right-click again to stop measuring
  • Increases block interaction range when held in hand
  • Can be crafted with Bamboo and Andesite Alloy
• Recipe viewer (EMI) changes:
  • Reorder categories to prioritize accessibility over a more "proper" order
    • For example, for the few items that have it, the Info category now appears first instead of last
    • The recipe categories to the right tend to be more complex ways of obtaining/utilizing a given item
  • Document how to create Limestone/Scoria from Lava and Honey/Chocolate (yeah that's a thing)
  • Hide Automatic Shapeless, Automatic Packing, and Copper Pot Cooking categories
• Update the inventory particles of TMs/TRs
• Add inventory particles for more redstone-adjacent items, water, milk
• Add inventory sounds for many, many items, including drinks, buckets, powders, mints, and other, mostly Cobblemon-adjacent items
• Add specialized sounds to more blocks such as Cattail Thatch
• Add icons for the Bubble Cobble drinks when the liquid is viewed inside a Keg
• Add a few advancements
• Use 3D model for the Mace (thank you VanillaTweaks)
• The Headhunter enchantment now increases the chances for Wither Skeleton Skulls, as well
• The world map and minimap are now disabled inside a Raid Den
• It is no longer possible to carry Sophisticated Storage's Chests
  • This is to prevent item deletion when carrying double chests. It really shouldn't happen, and I cannot reproduce it, but better safe than sorry
  • The Packing Tape can still be used for this purpose
• It is no longer possible to equip a Backpack in the Accessories's Back slot
  • The Backpack can still be equipped in Curios's Back slot
  • Accessories are currently reserved for Mega Bracelets, Z-Rings, the Tera Orb, etc.
• Endermen's bones will now crack less often, and only when there's a block around them that they can pick up
• Reduce spawns during the Super Ghostbusters (I can't believe these are actual patchnotes, dude)
• Use Immersive Optimization's Performance preset by default
• Sort out the mod list quite a lot
• Fix "air" crafting/stonecutting recipes where stairs, slabs, and walls used to be
• Fix extremely loud incorrect buzzer noise with the God Stick's Replacement mode
• Fix lone Custom Tera Shard among the Creative Tabs
• General internal refactoring
