THE F3 PATCH
- v3.0.2 was not, in fact, the last patch for this update
- Added Clean F3 as a temporary (or possibly permanent) replacement for BetterF3 as it hasn't been updated to 1.21.8 yet
- Enabled all features of Particle Tweaks as they were disabled for some reason, and made them compatible with both Particular and Visuality
