THE CLEANUP UPDATE

• Small cleanup of the modpack, including the removal of several mods and a few resource packs with little to no purpose
• Cleaned up config files and removed config files from mods that no longer exist
• Added Polytone but removed Visual Effects+ as it doesn't add much alongside all the particle mods
• Like always, tweaked shaders, but made some major changes
• Added Wakes, as its been ported to 1.21.8
• Increased default render distance to 32
• Added GUI Retextures for some vanilla-like GUI changes (finally), and enabled ShadedFont by default to match the GUI
• Slight updates to the VanillaTweaks pack
• Overall tweaked some settings and stuff
