THE SHADER AND DYNAMIC LIGHTS PATCH

• Sorry I couldn't think of a better name
• Replaced Blocky Shader with Miniature Shader because I realised Blocky looked kinda ugly anyway
• Updated the Visual Vibrance shader so it now actually looks like Vibrant Visuals because I changed the "Tonemap Operator" setting of the shader or smth idk
• Replaced the Dynamic Lights mod with Lamb Dynamic Lights since it has more features and is just overall better (make sure to disable the mod when using the Visual Vibrance shader since the shader has built-in dynamic lighting anyway)
• Tweaked the stuff seen on the F3 screen a bit
