Astro's Clientside Pack

Minor bugfix/cleanup patch

• Added several things that were left out in the v1.2 migration to Quilt/1.19.4 & updated mod configs accordingly
• Fixed a lot of resourcepack-related bugs
• Removed Farsight (license does not allow distribution on Modrinth)
• Added credits for any licensed packs used to the pack description page

Quilt migration should be mostly complete now.
