All The Trains MTR

In this update i redid the entire modpack from scratch, becouse of that there will be no changelog, im also planning to make a github page to put the source code on there, everything has been updated according to mtr content DB, i also added a new mod: Default options to save default settings, i recommend you to make a backup before updating, thanks!
