_SMP modpack

Ok, added a bunch of mods for server management (per player pvp on/off settings and locking dimensions) and added paxi so the resource packs get turned instantly

Besides that I also addded a bunch of QOL recipes with Kubejs (I want to change the sulfur recipe but besides that that should be all the changes recipes get) and started working on adding the Numismatics currency to loot chests, curently only availabe in thunstructres and very few vanilla structures

And added a vanilla tweaks resource pack, the credits for it are in the description
