Fixed various stability and performance issues

• Updated Structurize to (hopefully) fix MineColonies crashes
• Replaced Rubidium with Embeddium and Rubidium Extra to resolve crashes on Intel ARC and AMD RX 7xxx cards
• Removed Distant Horizons as it is in alpha and is incompatible with other mods that change how rendering works such as Embeddium and Create
• Disabled Immediately Fast by default
• Disabled Village Spawn by default as it tends to spawn you in the ocean
• Nerfed Cold Sweat slightly as to make survival on a snowy world seed possible
• Removed the Create + Immersive Aircraft resource pack as requested by Modrinth
