- changed basic circuit recipe from comparator -> repeater
- adjusted plasma splicer and voidsplitter recipes so theyre no longer paradoxically impossible to craft
- adjusted silicone textures
- increased silicone mix production from 1 per craft to 2 per craft
- fixed duplication bug with biostation drop
- all mechanical mobs now give a small amount of biotechne when killed
