Zappier Games

• Added PvE bed bombing option. Currently enabled by default, so you can bed bomb the dragon and such if no player is near
• Made changes to lava pvp so that it tests from the lava bucket place location rather than player comparison. Also specators/creative mode players should not block lava placements
• Fixed a bug where some manhunt rules/twists applied in loothunt due to improper checking
• Changed formatting in Loothunt to have the team at the top rather than the bottom
• Other internal changes to clean up the code, particularly for the Loothunt scorecard webpage
• Certain game rules like Natural Regeneration are properly reset when changing game modes.
