YUNG's Better Strongholds

1.19.2 release! Depends on YUNG's API 1.19.2-Fabric-3.8.2

• Locate command and ender pearls now point to center of fountain room.
• Strongholds now spawn in a bunch of additional modded biomes.
• ALL piece settings config options have been moved to pool elements' settings in template JSONs.
• Moved min/maxY settings and ring placement settings into structure_set JSON.
• Renamed biome tag from has_better_stronghold to better_stronghold.
• Adjusted /locate vanilla stronghold translate key to be the English translation.
