- Added a "launch checks" system that will halt game launch early on in these conditions:
- Running under Connector without Connector Extras

- Running under Connector and Forge is in a broken loading state
- Previously, this would result in a random crash some time late during loading, often
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Missing layer definitions: [yttr:deer#main]— this masks the real error and confuses people
