New Features

• Ported the full 1.20.1 kettle interaction: 1000 mB fluid tank + heat counter, no GUI. Empty-hand left click packs the kettle (items/fluid/heat) into an item; shift + right click dumps items; right click toggles handle/tray support; water bucket/bottle fills the tank; drink items go into recipe slots; other fluid containers route through FluidItemTile.
• Added 11 hand-written kettle recipe JSONs (BLACK/GREEN/WHITE/OOLONG_TEA, CORNFLOWER_TEA, GREEN_WATER, TEA_MOCHA, SAIDI_TEA, SAKURA_HONEY_TEA, GENMAI_TEA, SCARLET_TEA).
• Kettle hover tooltip shows Heating: X% / Brewing: X%.
• JEI kettle category now shows the tea bottle item as the output instead of a raw fluid.
• Restored the boil sound and bubble/steam particles that heated kettles emit.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed client crash when REI is installed and any kettle/moka GUI is open. BasePotMenu no longer extends RecipeBookMenu, so REI's DefaultRecipeBookExclusionZones stops probing an unregistered RecipeBookType and no longer NPEs during render. The recipe-book side of the pot GUI was unused anyway (JEI/REI/EMI replace it).
