New Features

• Ported the danmaku battle (Spell Card Rules) system from 1.20.1: grazing builds power, and getting hit consumes bombs/lives with invulnerability frames instead of dealing direct damage, restoring the proper Spell Card duel experience.
• Added a power/lives/bombs HUD with a blinking invulnerability countdown, so players unfamiliar with Touhou mechanics can tell when they are temporarily safe and unable to fire.
• Made rice, cooked rice, and related cooking-pot recipe ingredients cross-mod compatible (e.g. with Kaleidoscope Cookery), so recipes now accept equivalent items from other mods.
