Changes
- Added configurability to minimum grave spawn height per-dimension
Fixes
- Graves replacing damaging blocks will now disappear when claiming the grave (if config is set to do so)
- Fix crash with weird item-data which would lead to graves being rendered useless.
- Visibility on accessories stay toggled after death
- Fix soulbound items being deleted when dying due to apotheosis executions
