Added a new /function dodo:update_model command, that is avised to be used if the world contains dodos from previous versions of the datapack

Added the /function dodo:kill_in_radius {r:} command, that eliminates all living dodos in a radius, equal to the number specified after r:

For example, /function dodo:kill_in_radius {r:5} defeats all dodos in a five block radius
