Port to 1.21.1 - Changes

• Keg: Now includes brewing time and experience parameters, allowing custom craft duration and XP rewards (tweakable via datapacks). The block also plays a sound similar to the Brewing Stand when crafting completes.
• Consumables: Updated so all consumable items correctly return their container or remainder when used.
• Added a config option to adjust how long Tree Taps take to produce Syrup.
• Increased the rarity of the Tavern structure.
• Increased the rarity of most Overworld resources.
• Fixed an issue preventing Maple Signs and Maple Hanging Signs blocks from being placed.
• Increased stack size for Jams and Mead to 16.
• Revised Tags to ensure compatibility with other mods.
