SimpleTMs: TMs and TRs for Cobblemon

This Minecraft mod is an expansion to the Cobblemon mod, integrating TMs (Technical Machines) and TRs (Technical Records) from the Pokémon universe. The mod allows players to teach moves to their Pokémon, with either a TM or TR.

Removed Signature Move TMs.
Improved TM/TR tooltips by adding wrapped move descriptions so long text no longer extends off-screen.
Added four new config options (all false by default):
- legacyMovesLearnable – allows teaching legacy learnset moves. (introduced in cobblemon 1.7)
- specialMovesLearnable – allows teaching special learnset moves. (introduced in cobblemon 1.7)
- dropFromLegacyMoveList – enables legacy moves to drop from Pokémon.
- dropFromSpecialMoveList – enables special moves to drop from Pokémon.
