• Added the Handcuffs item.
• Added a crafting recipe using 2 Iron Ingots and 1 Lead.
• Handcuffs can be used on any Living Entity.
• Applying Handcuffs permanently disables the target's AI.
• Handcuffed entities remain affected after saving and reloading the world.
• Compatible with most vanilla and Forge modded living entities.
• Added handcuff application sound and visual effects.
