- Attempted to make Beta big Oak Tree generation more accurate.
- Made Classic and Indev lava flooding more accurate.
- Improved performance in some cases, when using surface rules.

- Fixed crashes with Lithostiched
- Fixed regression with Infdev 415 terrain generation, which was introduced in 4.0.0
- Fixed beaches generating not high enough, when surface rules are enabled.
