Xhaelan's Turtles

Turtles now require a position to be set upon creation and reset. The "reset_xyz" or similar function is now "teleport" and has its respective function in the playlists folder. Also, commands are always ran relative to the position of the turtle it is ran from, instead of to the world origin.
