Technical Utilities got updated and now it works with the pack :D also disabled Axiom by default due to not using it enough but it's there for those of you who do.

Also also, someone is using my "[name]'s OptiQoL" branding for their own pack. Which came out 3 months ago. When mine came out 9. I highly doubt they just happened to come up with the same one when mine was out for 5-6 months at the time.
