Commands

• Overhauled /c and /xc command handling and validation.
• Fixed command usage messages not displaying correctly when invalid arguments are provided.
• Reorganized and expanded help pages with grouped command categories.
• Added command, player, and faction name tab-completion support.
• Improved handling of faction names containing spaces by normalizing names to use underscores in commands.
• Added validation to prevent invalid or empty faction names.

Cities & Claims

• Fixed claims persisting after a City Center was removed.
• Fixed invalid City Centers causing errors when interacted with; invalid centers now remove themselves automatically.
• War claim notifications now display the specific city being attacked in addition to coordinates.
• Added validation to prevent duplicate city names.
