Added The following Material Flags:

• CMMEMaterialFlags.GENERATE_BROAD_ROD

• CMMEMaterialFlags.GENERATE_TUBE

• CMMEMaterialFlags.GENERATE_FULLBLOCK_ORE_PROCESSING (recipes are work in progress)

Added tags for all Gregtech Material Items what didn't had tags for easier accesibility within gregtech

More Plate recipes

! Warning for modpacks ! If you removed the crafting recipes any plate added by this mod with kubejs, you will have to change the recipe ids to the new ones (if you used id to remove them).
